This place is conveniently located near shops, pubs, an Irish pub with a food menu, a mall, and supermarkets.

The place was absolutely fantastic and gorgeous and the staff were highly courteous, the location was marvellous so close to eateries & mall. Neat & functional unit with a bath, toaster, for example. Location close to the esplanade which is lovely to take a walk around in spring/summer, the square, supermarket and restaurants, and shops / supermarket. And a 5-minute walk from Te Manawa Museum.

The location here is great, very central and right next to the square with lots of amenities, and the staff are extremely friendly and pleasant.

Unfortunately the fold out sofa was very hard.

Nice hotel, we had a compact room with a pleasant view. Accommodating staff, provided information if needed. The property was set in a very central area really close to the supermarket, restaurants and takeaways were located, and square. Furthermore, so close to central business area.

They offered us delicious meals, had a lot of options to choose from;))

Exceptionally good bed and to have a spa bath was a real bonus. A very good sized room and a friendly welcome.

The studio suite overlooks the exterior and includes a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator. the location is comfortable and handy and close to restaurants, a shopping center, and botanic gardens. - Streetwise Coffee, offering coffee & goodies, is only a 500-feet walk away.

Nice quiet location which was close to the city and all its attractions. Was able to walk up town for a lovely dinner.
